Default How bipolar is different from depression/anxiety?

Hello friends,
How is Bipolar Disorder different from social depression and anxiety. How can you tell the difference? What are the different symptoms? How is it diagnosed? Is this disorder treated the same way as depression and anxiety?
Thank you!

Bipolar disorder means there are both depression and mania in the same patient on different occasions. So the diagnosis may be easier and simple.
