Default Doctor said that I have the start of cataracts. Is it true or not?

Hello friends,
I am 35 years old. The doctor said that at my age it can be caused by diabetes. I had my blood sugar checked about 3 years ago and it was 72. Recently I have some symptoms, mostly urine a lot. Could Cataracts happen that quickly if I just developed diabetes? Can I control it by diet and exercise?
Thank you!
SICK

I suppose you are mentioning your Fasting blood sugar and 72 mgs/100 ml is normal. But you should test blood sugar again (both fasting and post prandial or after food).
Yes cataract may start due to diabetes at the age of 35. Unfortunately you can not control cataract by diet and exercise, but if you control blood sugar it will slow down cataract.
