Quitting smoking is tough, coz smoking becomes part of lifestyle and the smoker becomes psychologically addicted to smoking. Smoking becomes a habit and it is said that "habit is a second nature" and nature can not be easily given up.

Quitting smoking may be tough, but it is still possible. Be strong and try hard you will be certainly able to quit smoking, even if you are a chain smoker.
