Default Does "weight loss" products really work as they are advertised?

The answer to the question is an obvious no. Weight loss products do not work as they are advertised. If they work as they are said to work there will be very few obese persons in this world.
The weight loss products do work, but to a limited extent and need to be combined with diet and exercise.

Stay away from "Weight Loss" products. If you want to use do not expect miracles. The simple logic is= if you have to reduce a pound weight you need to work for extra pound or you have to consume one pound equivalent calories.
Weight Loss products at the most can help you to some extent. They can not replace the exercise and dieting. Be smart and act smarty. Take more natural and fiber rich foods.
