Thumbs up If you are suffering from cold, what can you do?

If you are suffering from cold and symptoms are mild, you need not to do anything. If symptoms have become troublesome, consult your doctor, who will give medications for symptomatic relief.
There is a saying in regards to cold: “if you take medicine for treatment of cold (common cold) you will get well in one week and if you do not take medicine for treatment of cold you will get well in seven days”. This is very true.
