I am starting with vitamin A.
Deficiency of vitamin A causes eye sight problems and eye diseases, such as night blindness, xerophthalmia or dry eye and ulceration of cornea. etc.

Vitamin C deficiency cause scurvy, which is a rare disease now, due to improvement of understanding about it.
Previously it was common among sailors. In fact many of the sailors on ship with Columbus diet due to scurvy.

Vitamin D deficiency can lead to inadequate absorption of calcium and bone health may suffer due to it.

Vitamin E has no deficiency disorders.
That is, if you have vitamin E deficiency you will have no disease, although your may not be perfectly healthy. Skin health requires vitamin E, similarly many chemical reactions require vitamin E.

Vitamin K deficiency cause bleeding disorders. Because there are several clotting factors which require vitamin K for their synthesis.
